The Global Kongu Foundation shall function with two components:

The multi-tiered Global Kongu Foundation web portal,
The Global Kongu Foundation Trust,
An Apex body is set up to ensure the smooth functioning of these organizations. The Apex Body meets in the first week of each quarter and plan future programmes,
Based on the feedback from the Apex Body the Global Kongu Foundation Trust allocates funds to carry out these planned activities,
The Apex Body has six members. The Apex Body ensures that the planned activities are implemented.
